These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("user", "member") and mogbd ("we", "company") regarding the use of the mogbd platform ("platform", "site") and all its services.

By creating an account on the platform or using its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.

mogbd reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

To open an account and use the services at mogbd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify your identity.
• You must be capable of managing a valid personal account of your own.
• You may not access the platform from any restricted territory.
• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• You will bet with your own funds and will not manage third-party accounts.

mogbd may request a national ID card, passport, or other identity documents at any time for verification purposes. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account at mogbd, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, email address, and any other required information. Providing false information may result in account termination.

3.2 Password & Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

mogbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or system manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Violation of responsible gaming rules

In the event of account closure, the return of any applicable balance is at the discretion of mogbd, however bonus funds or earnings deemed suspicious are non-refundable.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit funds at mogbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are permitted. Transactions made using third-party accounts will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made. If wagering requirements are not fulfilled, the bonus funds will be forfeited, however the original deposited amount can still be withdrawn.

4.3 Transaction Verification

mogbd may request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. We monitor all transactions to prevent money laundering.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, total ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets placed before bonus earnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per member.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• mogbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Bonuses may have an expiry date — if wagering is not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.

mogbd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Through regular play, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier determination is managed by mogbd, and promotions are granted based on meeting specific criteria. The full terms of cashback are described in detail in the VIP program's separate guidelines.

7.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on the mogbd platform are considered final, however mogbd reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error. The outcome of all bets will be determined according to the data recorded in the mogbd system.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• Due to a technical error or system failure
• In the case of incorrect odds or information being displayed
• If an event is cancelled or postponed
• If there is suspicion of cheating or match-fixing

7.3 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mogbd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Systematic betting with the intent to abuse bonus benefits (bonus abuse)
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Any attempt to hack or manipulate the game system
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Stealing information from or defrauding other members
• Betting on behalf of third parties or managing third-party accounts
• Applying coordinated betting strategies against the platform ("arb betting")

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and all balances and earnings may be forfeited.

All content on the mogbd website — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and other materials — is the exclusive property of mogbd. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

As a platform user, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license that permits you to use the service for personal gaming purposes only.

mogbd provides its services through SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures. However, mogbd does not accept liability for the following:

• Loss due to internet disconnection or device-related issues
• Delays or failures related to third parties (payment providers)
• Account security breaches caused by user negligence
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

mogbd's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the actual balance available in your account.
